Asphalt Batch Mix Plant is an ideal construction equipment for asphalt manufacturing, which is mainly used for road construction as well as other civil construction. In the preparation of asphalt, sand, stone dust and aggregates are mixed in appropriate proportion; and then the mixture is heated. The next step is to mix appropriate amount of bitumen on standard temperature. Once the asphalt is ready, it is transported to work site. BITUMEN HEATING AND STORAGE SOLUTIONS

With our special range, we give our customers the option of selecting between the following two:

Straightforward heating type bitumen storage tanks

Indirect heating type hot oil hot bitumen storage tanks

The capacity of storage tank ranges from 15 to 50 tons. The indirect heating tank comes with thermic oil heater. The direct heating tank comes with an automatic imported pressure jet burner. Auto thermostatic activities and level gauge indicators are provided with the modular tanks.


THERMIC OIL HEATER

The FAB series plant is supplied with bitumen weigh hopper section, asphalt pumps, pug mill physical structure and hot oil passage jacketing on bitumen pipe lines. The thermic oil heater allows heating of hot oil, preventing blocking of asphalt pipeline, minimizing the chances of asphalt pump binding, ensuring smooth bitumen weigh batches as well as even textured pug mill activity. Machine-driven temperature controls are provided with the thermic oil heater. The thermic oil heater also comprises a self-directed automatic controls considering the following points:

  • Low level switches

  • Reduced circulation pressure switches

  • Oil temperature indicator controllers

  • Over temperature cut off thermostat burner functional circuits

Primary Dust Collecting Unit
